2022 - American football rules

American football is one of the largest sports in North America. While the game is played around the world, professional leagues in North America (such as the NFL) easily attract the best players in the world and make its leagues the most competitive. The game culminates in the Super Bowl, which is played every year in front of millions of people around the world.

The object of the game:

The purpose of American football is to score more points than its opponents in the fixed time. To do this they must move the ball under the pitch during the game stages before moving the ball into the 'end zone' for touchdown. This can be achieved either by throwing the ball to the teammate or by running with the ball.
Each team has 4 downs to move the ball 10 yards forward. Once they pass 10 yards they are reset below, and they resume for another 10 yards. After 4 downs and he failed to make it 10 yards the ball will be handed to the defensive team.

Players and equipment:

While each team has only 11 players on the field, an American football team consists of 45 players. Teams are generally divided into three groups of attackers (usually small, strong, fast type players, including a quarterback who is said to play offensive play and the ball is played by his teammates). (Kicks), defense (designed for bigger, more powerful players. Stop players from running) and special team players (with a mix of bigger and faster players for kicking and painting side of the game). Responsible).

An American football field is usually about 100 yards long and 60 yards wide. Lines are drawn on the field at intervals of 10 yards to indicate how far each team has to go before reaching the final zone. End zones are added at each end of the pitch and each is approximately 20 yards in length. There are also posts at each end on which the kicker kicks the ball.

Scoring:
When a player scores a touchdown, his team is awarded six points. Touchdown can be scored either by taking the ball to the end zone or by receiving the ball from the pass while staying in the end zone. After scoring a touchdown, the attacking team has a chance to kick the ball for an extra point. For a successful kick, the ball must pass between straight posts.

Field goals can be scored from anywhere on the pitch at any time (usually on the final down) and a successful kick will result in three points. A security is where the defense team manages to deal with an attacking opponent in its own last zone. For this the team will get 2 points.

Win the game:
The team with the most points at the end of the game will be considered the winner. If the points are equal, time will tell where the teams will play an extra quarter until a winner is found.

American football rules

Games last four to 15 minutes. 2 minutes interval between first and second and third and fourth quarters and 15 minutes rest between second and third quarters (half time).

Each team has 4 down to get 10 yards or more. They can throw or run the ball to make yards. Once the team has achieved the required yards, the bottom line and the yard are reset. Failure to create a yardage after 4 downs will result in change.

There are hundreds of different plays that players can play on any bottom. Plays are made by teams and most of the players run all over the place (routes) in which there is basically organized chaos. The head coach or quarterback calls the on-field dramas for the attacking team while the defensive captain calls the dramas for the defensive team.

At the beginning of each game there is a coin toss to decide which team receives the ball first and which side of the pitch they want to start.

The game begins with a kickoff where one team throws the ball to the ground for the other team and then runs backwards with the ball as far as possible.

The fourth-degree offender has the option to either try to reduce the yards or kick the ball. If they decide to kick, they have two options. Pint or try for a field goal. Their weakness will usually be ordered depending on their position on the pitch. Anything within 40 yards or more of the opposition's goal posts would be the result of a field goal attempt. More likely to come back is to take the pint option.
